Official Language
The official language of the congress is Greek. Simultaneous translation will be provided for the presentations in the main conference hall.

An exhibition will be organized during the conference. Should you be interested to participate with a stand, or any other commercial interest, please feel free to contact the Conference secretariat.

Badges
Badges will be handed over at the Secretariat office to all registered participants during the working days and hours of the Conference. Participants are requested to wear their badge for security reasons and for access to the meeting rooms, the exhibition area and the social events.
Letter of Invitation
Delegates requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Congress may write to the Congress Secretariat specifying the necessary details. Please note this procedure aims to assist delegates who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Congress.
Insurance and liability
It is highly recommended that all participants carry an adequate travel and health insurance, as the organizers of WOS 2008 conference cannot accept any liability for accidents, illnesses or injuries that may occur at or during the conference.
VISA
Depending on the country of origin a visa may be required.
